Just getting in the mood for BG3 🙂

I’m Mike, aka Thargoid. Played games since about 1979 but they were a bit crap and boring so I stayed around, see what the scene would bring. Luckily games got better.

I’ve worked in IT for most of my adult life because child labour is illegal. Currently learning C# in my free time and still getting hopelessly hooked into the few games I’m still interested in. I had a short stint working with the Horizon team to keep the patch repository up to date but life, as always, gets in the way and other games pull me in other directions.

Far too many hours in Beth games and, words don’t do this justice but, I am really looking forward to Starfield. As my tag will undoubtedly highlight, I love space games… or sci-fi. Or both.

Anyway, great to meet you all and hope to see you in and around the forums 🙂
